North Norfolk Railway. Full size steam heritage railway with spectacular views of coast and country.

The Poppy Line offers a 10.5 mile round trip by steam train (vintage diesel trains on some journeys) with spectacular scenic views of coast and countryside as the train runs along the cliffs to Weybourne and up through gorse- and heather-studded heathland to Holt. Allow one and a half hours for round trip.

Weybourne station gives walkers and cyclists access to the nature trails of Kelling Heath and the glories of Sheringham Park (National Trust). Kelling Heath Halt (request stop for certain trains) is handy for Kelling Heath holiday park.

Directions:
Sheringham Station is in the centre of Sheringham just off the A149 coast road. Holt Station is at High Kelling, just off the A148 Holt-Cromer road. Weybourne Station is signposted from the A149.

Sustainability:
By Bus
